I was new to the production duo known as The Kickdrums a few months ago, until they dropped a pretty cool mixtape. They tend to create indie tracks and feature some tight rappers over top, and here they continue that. I am also new to Hot As Sun, which is a indie, psychedelic-type band with some lo-fi elements. I listened to their album on Bandcamp it is some good stuff, so I recommend checking that out below as well. The Kickdrums managed to turn the Hot As Sun song "Come Come" into a legit hip hop filled track with special guest Freddie Gibbs. Everyone truly did their part in this remix and comes together well.
