I've grown to love some dreamy/pop sounding material. I think I have M83 to really thank for that, considering I was never a big pop fan, but I found it equally important as any other genre of music. Toronto DIY artist Novie creates alternative/pop music and she does it just as good as some of the biggest names in the game. She has already released an EP that has gotten her some notice, but its her latest track "Kites" that should help push her to the next level. The song starts of slow and brings you in, by the time the chorus kicks in you feel like you're in another world.
