When I was reading about this tune from Manchester natives The 1975 on Earmilk, I couldnt help but agree that these guys are on the verge of breaking through big time. They have quite an underground following and have been teasing new music for some time, but finally announced the Facedown EP. A few days back they released "The City," a hell of a lead track featuring solid guitars and awesome drum beats. Yet, they just released the song and video for the title track, "Facedown." For this song it actually has a more experimental and earthy-feel, which is a great change up from, "The City." Leading up to the August 6th release of the EP, The 1975 will be releasing a video for each track. Check out these two jams below.
