XV has become a consistently good rapper and people have finally caught on after the past years where he was grinding non-stop, but it was just a matter of time. We've heard a few previews from his new mixtape Popular Culture, but after a few delays today, it is finally here. First thing I got to say I dig is the album cover, with tons of pop culture references, but of course the main focus is the fresh music.
