If you do not follow baseball at all or even sports in general then you might not know that the Yankees just picked up renowned outfielder Ichiro Suzuki, who was on the Seattle Mariners prior to this new deal. Well, Ben Gibbard, front man of Death Cab for Cutie is a huge fan of the Mariners and had wrote a song dedicated to Ichiro. While he kept this track quiet for awhile, the trade must of sparked him to release this tune about his love for Seattle and the former outfielder. Listen to the catchy jam below.
