If there has been any rapper on his grind for some time, but yet people still tend to sleep on, it would be Cleveland's Chip Tha Ripper. He always has a smooth delivery and keeps the atmosphere of his tracks pretty positive. On his latest cut "Keep It So Real" he teams up with Taylor Gang affiliate and producer Cardo for a different sound. Here Chips flow is quicker and has a vocal effect to give it a fuzzier sound.
