We could all use some new and good hip hop in our playlists, and Rilgood released his sophomore mixtape Great Expectations the other day. What is cool about this album is the smooth beats and great lyrical content, but the album was also overseen by his mentor Dot Da Genius in his Brooklyn base studio, The Brewery. Watch out not only for the rapper Rilgood, but the main producers Woodro Skillson and RC Bankwell, who made an impressive collection of beats. Stream below and download the tape here.
