Boston's Cam Meekins has been on my radar for about a year, but I sort of got that "frat rap" vibe in the beginning, which was definitely a mistake on my part. Remember kids: You can't always judge a book by it's cover, because Meekin's can rap and it hits more topics than a typical frat rapper. Since releasing his free album, :) :/ :( back in May of this year, I've listened to it quite a few times through and it became a go-to tape to chill with.
Yet, the other day he returned with a new song and video for a song called "Circles." Filmed in a suburban backyard, the funny video circles around Cam and his crew, while they do random things each time as the camera spins around back to them. Watch below and download the song for free here.
