Easily, the most promising and breakout band of 2012 has to be indie/alt group The Neighbourhood, who released gems like "Female Robbery," and the infectious "Sweater Weather." Since these two songs have graced my ears, I have been hooked -- as well as many others. Today, they premiered a new song at Noisey called "A Little Death," which will be on their upcoming Thank You 7", out in January of 2013. Again, they create another gem mixed with indie, R&B, and a smooth groove. Stream it below.
