With the recent rumors of Kendrick Lamar's new album shooting for a September release, I can't help but feel at least a little bit of excitement (even though that's six months from now). His previous album, "good kid, m.A.A.d. city", has definitely helped play a part towards restoring my faith in mainstream hip-hop. I realize that this still is quite a bit of time to wait, but just seeing anything mentioned about a new Kendrick album gets me pumped.
