Unsigned rapper, Michael Merlot, recently dropped this video for his song "Family Tree". I got to say, I'm really feeling the direction this kid is going with bringing back the storytelling element to hip-hop. That's what initially sparked my interest in the genre, which is now one of my favorites. Merlot intertwines a dope and smooth flowing track with great little short story video.
